When accepting and considering appeals, B1 ensures the confidentiality and non-disclosure of personal data, and agrees to take all necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution , as well as other illegal actions with such data. You can also report violations anonymously - B1 does not require the disclosure of your own personal data to report a violation and asks you not to disclose excess or irrelevant personal data of third parties. If you provide personal data, then you give your consent to the processing under the conditions set out below, and also acknowledge that you are familiar and agree with the Operator’s policy on personal data processing. It is not allowed to intentionally provide false or misleading information.

Acting freely, by his own will and in his own interest, the individual filling out the appeal form decides to provide personal data to the Limited Liability Company 'B1 - Consult' (hereinafter also referred to as the 'Operator'), located at: 115035, Moscow, Sadovnicheskaya embankment, 75, and gives his specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data on the following conditions:

    1. The processing of your personal data can be carried out using automation tools or without using them.
    2. Consent is provided to the processing of the following personal data:
    2.1. Personal data that is not special or biometric: last name, first name, patronymic (if any); email addresses.
    3. Purpose of processing personal data: preparation of responses to the request of the subject of personal data.
    4. In the course of processing personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction.
    5. Personal data may be transferred to other member companies of the B1 Group, if it is necessary to properly respond to the request.
    6. Personal data is processed until the termination of interaction at the request of an individual.
    7. Consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written request to the Operator or his representative at the address indicated at the beginning of the Consent.
    8. An appeal to the Operator is made in free form, but should necessarily contain the following information: information about the person who applied (last name, first name, patronymic (if any); contact information - e-mail address or postal address; list of personal data, the processing of which is subject to termination.
    9. In the event that the subject of personal data or his representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11, part 1 of Art. 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data' dated July 27, 2006.
    10. This consent is valid all the time from the moment of granting until the moment of termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraph 6 and paragraph 7 of the Consent.
